The meeting was held with Mr. Jian Jheng to discuss the project scope, construction approach, timelines, and technical requirements. The project involves the development of a G+2P+8 residential building located in Jumeirah Garden City, one of Dubai’s prime urban areas.

With a total built-up area of approximately 130,000 sq. ft., the project reflects a strong focus on quality construction, efficient planning, and compliance with local regulations. The discussion concluded positively, aligning both teams on project expectations and next steps.
